Grieves Cottage in the Kyle of Lochalsh is situated on the beautiful West Coast of Scotland, on the edge of Loch Hourn at the end of the road in the small friendly village of Arnisdale. It offers an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful highland scenery, with views to the Isle of Skye and beyond. There are brilliant coastal and hill walks, with a "Munro" directly behind the village. Hill loch fishing may be available by arrangement with the estate. Wildlife is abundant with a whole host of birds (golden eagles, gannets, divers and guillemots), animals (red and roe deer, dolphins and porpoises, otters and seals) in the area.
Heating and hot water are all electric and the cost is included in the price. The cottage is equipped with a pay telephone. Situated off the spacious hall, the sitting room with a stunning sea view across to the Isle of Skye and Knoydart has been recently re-furbished to the highest standards. The room has comfortable seating for 6 people with an original open fireplace and fitted carpet and a large window facing south west. The room also includes television, video and a selection of books and games There is a small double bedroom beyond.
